RoughCast’s popular summer Shakespeare tour is back. Rollo Bacon (Journey’s End) and Scarlett Fisher (Eliza in last year’s Pygmalion) play Shakespeare’s “star-crossed lovers” in RoughCast’s first ever production of Romeo and Juliet. Directed by Mark Burridge (Journey’s End, The Tempest, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Top Girls) and featuring original music by William Drew-Batty, RoughCast’s fast-moving and dramatic production captures the romance and drama, as well as the humour of one of Shakespeare’s best-loved plays.
