…to RoughCast Theatre Company’s website.

RoughCast has been touring East Anglia since 2000. Back then, we only staged Shakespeare, but we now perform plays from all periods, including translations. ‘Lovesong’, performed in early 2023, was written in 2011.

We welcome offers to act or to help backstage. Also, please get in touch if you’ve seen and liked one of our productions, or if you have a potential venue, via our Contact Page.

We are a not-for-profit theatre company based loosely around Harleston in Norfolk. Proceeds from programme sales are donated to charity.

On Stage

We have just completed our production of Stoppard plays. We played to full houses and had a host of unsolicited positive reviews. We were also able to donate over £280 to the MS Society, our chosen charity for this production.
