RoughCast has been touring East Anglia since 2000. Back then, we only staged Shakespeare, but we now perform plays from all periods, including translations.\u00a0 <\/span>‘Lovesong’, performed in early 2023, was written in 2011.<\/p>\n

We welcome offers to act or to help backstage.\u00a0 <\/span>Also, please get in touch if you’ve seen and liked one of our productions, or if you have a potential venue, via our Contact Page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We are a not-for-profit theatre company based loosely around Harleston in Norfolk.\u00a0 <\/span>Proceeds from programme sales are donated to charity.<\/p>\n

On Stage<\/h3>\n

We have just completed our production of Stoppard plays. \u00a0We played to full houses and had a host of unsolicited positive reviews. \u00a0We were also able to donate over \u00a3280 to the MS Society, our chosen charity for this production.<\/p>\n

Watch out for our next production in the autumn of Chekov’s The Seagull<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
